Refund Policy

At ProBalance Consulting LLC, we take pride in delivering personalized home organization and real estate staging services designed to meet each client’s unique needs. Because our services are customized and time-based, refunds are limited as outlined below.
 

1. Non-Refundable Services

All consultation fees, deposits, and completed service fees are non-refundable once the scheduled work has begun or services have been rendered.
This includes:

  • Initial consultation fees

  • On-site work sessions

  • Time-based services such as organizing, staging, or planning

  • Travel fees (if applicable)

Once our team’s time, labor, and expertise have been provided, those services cannot be returned, and thus are not eligible for full refunds.
 

2. Deposits and Cancellations

Deposits made to secure your project date are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.

If less than 48 hours' notice is given, the deposit may be forfeited at the company’s discretion.
 

3. Partial Refunds and Adjustments

If you are not satisfied with the quality or completion of your service, please contact us within [insert timeframe, e.g., 5 business days] of service completion.
We will review your concern and, at our discretion, may offer one of the following remedies:

  • A partial refund based on uncompleted work or verifiable service issues.

  • A follow-up session or adjustment, free of charge or at a reduced rate, to address specific concerns.

Refunds or credits will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on differences in personal taste, design preferences, or client decisions that deviate from original recommendations.
 

4. Service Satisfaction

Our goal is to ensure each client is delighted with the final result. We encourage open communication throughout the project to ensure expectations are clear and adjustments can be made in real time.

Client feedback is welcome and helps us continuously improve our process and outcomes.
 

5. Force Majeure

In the event that services cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control (such as illness, emergencies, or severe weather), ProBalance Consulting LLC will work with the client to reschedule or apply payments toward future services.
