All quotes are estimates only.
Final pricing may vary depending on your space, the scope of work, and materials or supplies needed. We’ll always confirm any changes with you before proceeding.

2. Payments

Payment details will be clearly outlined in your service agreement.
A deposit may be required to hold your project date.
The remaining balance is due as stated in your invoice or agreement.

3. Cancellations or Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change!
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled service may be subject to a fee.

4. Liability and Care

We treat every client’s home and belongings with the utmost respect and care.
That said, please note:

ProBalance Consulting LLC is not responsible for normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage.
Clients should secure or remove fragile or valuable items before services begin.
If we recommend third-party vendors or products, those are suggestions only — we cannot guarantee their results or performance.

If any issue arises, please let us know right away so we can address it promptly and fairly.

5. Photos and Portfolio

We love showcasing our work!
With your permission, we may take before-and-after photos for our portfolio, marketing materials, or website. Photos will never include personal or identifying information without your consent.

6. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us.
ProBalance Consulting LLC will never sell or share your personal information. Any details you provide are used only to deliver and improve your services.

7. Agreement

By confirming your service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
